India Pale Ale (IPA)

THE MATAMATA INDIA PALE ALE, it is different from the stylinshing modern IPA we can find on the street, which all  "I might add" taste in the same range. 

The MataMata India Pale is a beer for non IPA Drinkers,  with low Alc %, its sweeter than  the other ones of its kind. We Find it easy to drink and with personality.

The colour is hazy Beurre Noisette tone, which gives the maltyness and sweetness, the american hops adds a fruty balanced aroma. It is dry and the bitterness dispel in a easy way which doesn´t give a sense of pall in the taste.

We took our time to create this IPA, selecting superior Europeans malts and American hops to obtain the perfect balance.

The Malts:  Pale Malt, Cara & Oats

The Hops: Chinook, IDAHO7, Citra
